THE VALUE WORKSPACE / Exit readiness
Prepare the business.
Protect your options.
Turn a future sale into a practical preparation list. This checklist tracks completed tasks—it does not predict marketability, price, or the likelihood of a sale.
What have you prepared?
Check an item when it is documented and ready to discuss. Your responses are not saved.
Your inputs stay in this browser tab. We do not send calculator figures to analytics or save them to a server.
UNDERSTAND THE METHODOLOGY
A checklist, not a prediction
The tool counts completed items and shows the first four incomplete tasks in checklist order. It does not assign premiums, rank transaction risk, or estimate a sale timeline. A complete checklist is a starting point for a deeper review.
Build a useful preparation file
Organize financial statements, tax returns, supporting adjustment schedules, contracts, lease information, staffing roles, and a list of issues that need professional advice. Keep private documents out of public marketing. Discuss a secure sharing process before sending sensitive information.
